Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY - Toronto Area

 

  • There is no minimum order value for local delivery. Deliveries must be within our Toronto area delivery zone. Orders will be delivered within 3 business days. You will not receive a tracking number for local delivery. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery between 6pm & 8pm. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee. 
  • We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery.

 

SHIPPING - Outside Of Toronto Area

 

  • Orders placed by customers located outside of the Toronto Area are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.

 

 

SHIPPING - Rest Of Canada

 

  • Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, but they report delays are occurring. Shipping fee is based on item weight and is calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts, before taxes).

 

 

SHIPPING - United States

 

  • We will be shipping orders to the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). Orders will be shipping on a weekly basis. Due to COVID19, shipping times may be delayed and are not guaranteed. Flat rate shipping fee of $25 applies.
